Are we in hell? No we were at the drive in.

Tonight I feel like sharing with those who read my blog, one of my biggest idols in life. I have many but one of the top 5 is Matthew Gray Gubler. Maybe you have heard of him because he plays Spencer Reid in Criminal Minds (one of my FaVoRiTe shows OBV). All of the characters are so well developed and have such an interesting dynamic between them and...I could write a love letter to Criminal Minds but I digress. Anyway. Hes even more interesting in real life and I find him pretty inspiring. Since I'm all about being inspired and sharing what inspires me on this blog, I'm going to post some of his sketches. I like them because they remind me of Halloween town and are really endearing. He also is a director, creates short films and is starting his own record label (a man after my own heart). :

Hello Art Lovahs.

If you can be in Cambridge on August 21, Submit your artwork to the exhibition I'm putting together! You can submit 2 pieces to display at the show, and sell it too if you like. The show is happening alongside Rock the Mill, which is a summer concert in Cambridge (think much smaller version of Warped tour). Its going to be a pretty awesome day to exhibit work because there will be a bunch of artists and musicians around all day. If you like art and alternative/rock/electronic/hardcore/etc music as much as I do itll be totally worth it to come!

I'm pretty excited for all of the summer music festivals and shows but apparently its also the season for a BUNCH OF MY FAVOURITE BANDS TO BREAK UP. Hate my life. One of the my favourites the Dangerous Summer from Maryland will be in Toronto in August though and that's awesome. Last time they were here a couple of years ago, all the bands on that tour were just so stoked to be in the city Degrassi is filmed. Apparently its a bigger deal in the states? Interesting.
